Our forged carbon fiber plate is manufactured with 100% carbon fiber reinforcement and epoxy resin. without any glass fiber contents. It has a popular surface with a unique marble-like look. Maybe some guys are curious about how do we get the forged carbon fiber plate? The process of forged composite carbon fiber plate is no more different from full carbon fiber plate. We put the chopped-up or shredding carbon fibers (that it not woven) and infused resin in the mold, and then pressed them into shape with vacuumed and heat-treated.

1) Corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance
Carbon fiber has high-strength corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance and can reach the characteristics of non-corrosion for a hundred years.
2) High and low-temperature resistance
It can be used in various harsh environments and can withstand low temperatures of -100 °C and high temperatures of 150 °C.
3) Small thermal expansion coefficient
A small thermal expansion coefficient has anisotropy, good X-ray permeability, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and good electromagnetic shielding.
4) High axial strength
