As a professional manufacturer of carbon fiber products with over 15 years, Dronecarbon has 4 main methods to produce. In the following, we will introduce three fundamental methods we use.

Autoclave method

Autoclaves can create high pressure and assure no air environment. Our carbon fiber panels are produced using autoclave equipment, which is incredibly strong as well as lightweight with perfect appearance.

Use imported Japanese 100% real carbon fiber to maintain the UAV standard

• Production Capabilities

The monthly export of our carbon fiber sheets is up to 3000 square meters.

• Flexible Size

Max size is 5 meters and 30 mm thickness.   Any size in this range is available

Our advanced autoclave production comes in perfect surfaces without pinholes

Roll Wrapping Process

There are many methods to produce round fabricate carbon fiber tubing like pultrusion, roll wrapping, pullbraiding, Filament Winding, etc. To get the best performance, All our carbon fiber round tubes are produced by roll wrapping which uses multiple wraps of twill and unidirectional fabrics.

• Stniff Strength

All of our carbon tubes use roll wrapped process instead of pultrusion.

• Tight Tolerance

The tolerance of our carbon fiber tubing is about +/-0.1mm.

Compression molding

Produced by compression molding, our carbon fiber shape tubes such as square, rectangular, hexagonal, and octagonal carbon fiber tubing and other shape have clean inner shapes and precise tolerance. We can customize various shapes, wall thicknesses, lengths, and sizes.  Same as round fabricate carbon fiber tubing, compression molding Carbon Fiber Square Tubes are made from Toray T300 100% real carbon fiber prepreg fabric on the surface and unidirectional carbon fiber inner.

• Precision tolerance

The tolerance of our carbon fiber composited square tube is about 0.15mm

• Clean inner shape

No burr and clean edge

Besides, we produced all kinds of carbon fiber sheets and tubes. There are many options available to customers.

Divide by weave, we have plain weave, twill weave, forged, football pattern and customize other weaves

Surface: Matte, glossy

According to the specifications, it can be divided into 1K, 3K, 6K, 12K(1k and 3k are common)

According to the performance grade is divided into: T300, T700, T800......

Types of carbon plates: full carbon fiber plate, color carbon fiber plate, sandwich carbon fiber plate, fiberglass plate, unidirectional carbon fiber plate.

According to the production method, carbon fiber tubes can be divided into rolled wrapped tubes, pultrusion tubes, and compression molding forming tubes.
