The carbon fiber octagonal tube is produced by the Japanese imported Toray high-strength carbon filament braided prepreg molding process, with high tolerance and precision.
We have our own molds and do not need customers to pay mold fees. Compared with the round tube, the octagonal tube has good resistance and is widely used in multi-rotor aircraft, aviation vehicles, industrial equipment, etc.

If additional holes are required on the tube, please contact our sales team and we will make the holes according to your requirements.
Considering some customers have some budget for their project, we have 2 ways to produce.
Only open inner mold or open inner + outer mold. The only difference is precise of the inner size.
There is only one mold for the carbon pipe in stock. If you don't have high requirements about the inner shape, you can choose our stock carbon tube.
If you need high precision, pls let us know in the quotation stage and we can customize it for you.
