In the manufacturing process, the various shapes can be produced through different molds, such as carbon fiber round tubes of different specifications, full carbon fiber square pipes of different specifications, carbon fiber rectangle poles of different specifications, and other profiles

Cutting ServiceAll the carbon fiber tube in our stock is 1000mm, we can shorten all our carbon fiber pipe to any desired length.
However, we only recommend customers who need several carbon fiber rectangle pipes in this way. If large quantities, we recommend directly customizing the corresponding sizes to reduce waste.
CNC Milling ServiceYou may need bonding carbon to carbon or metal? and need to add some hole in the tube. Our automated CNC machines can accurately add it according to your 3D drawing.
Assembly ServiceIn addition to various automated operations, we also provide complete gluing and assembly of frames and inserts for industrial customers. From prototyping to a series of 100+ pieces.
