As a custom carbon fiber angle manufacturer, we specialize in producing CNC machined carbon fiber L profiles designed for precise structural applications. Our angles are manufactured from high-quality carbon fiber prepreg using controlled molding processes to ensure consistent strength, low weight, and excellent dimensional stability. With advanced CNC machining capabilities, we can deliver fully customized L profiles including specific leg lengths, thicknesses, cut-outs, drilling, and surface finishing based on technical drawings. These carbon fiber angles are widely used in drones, robotics, and industrial equipment where accuracy, rigidity, and weight reduction are critical to performance.
We manufacture carbon fiber L profiles in a wide range of dimensions and specifications.

Press Cured carbon fiber angles are manufactured using multiple layers of carbon fiber fabric in a balanced 0°/90° layup. Compared with pultruded profiles, they provide more uniform strength in both directions and are better suited for brackets, reinforcements, and structural assemblies. The molding process also produces smooth surfaces on both sides, low void content, and consistent dimensions, making the angles easier to machine, bond, and assemble.
High-quality 2x2 twill carbon fiber fabric pattern and epoxy resin systems are selected according to the required mechanical properties and surface finish. Both plain weave and twill weave carbon fiber materials are available.
Multiple layers of carbon fiber are carefully laminated using a balanced 0°/90° fiber orientation. This layup structure provides excellent stiffness, dimensional stability, and overall mechanical performance for structural applications.
The laminate is placed into a precision 90° mold and cured under controlled temperature and pressure. This process creates a low-void laminate with smooth surfaces, consistent wall thickness, and accurate angle geometry.
After curing, carbon fiber angles are cut to the required length and can be CNC machined according to customer drawings, including drilling, slotting, milling, and assembly features.
Each carbon fiber angle is inspected for dimensions, surface quality, and workmanship before being carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
