Hex carbon fiber tube is rolled with 3k twill/plain and unidirectional fabrics. The standard finish is twill matte, but other finish is also available. Our hex carbon fiber tubing is high quality with beautiful surface. You can see, that the inside carbon fiber tube is very clear without any burr. Rolled hex carbon fiber tubes are ideal for applications that require the highest stiffness and lowest weight, such as automation robotics, telescoping poles, idler rollers, and UAV components.
