There are many surfaces that can be chosen. (Twill/ Plain, Matte/ glossy) most of our customers prefer twill matte.

Our carbon fiber panel sheets are formed by autoclaves. The molding principle is to use the high-temperature compressed gas in the autoclave to heat and pressurize the laid prepreg to solidify the material. Using the autoclave forming process has many advantages, such as uniform temperature and pressure, wide application range, and high efficiency.

1) Inaccurate size?
Dronecarbon's normal thickness tolerance is about +/-0.15mm. If customers need +/-0.1mm, we also can do it.
